Follow up of corrective & preventive actions

Assist the QA/QC Manager with Quality related
matters.

Up-date & Maintain Quality records as
required.
Ø
Submit monthly report to the GM-Quality at HO
(Quality-MIS).
Ø
Shall be responsible for the preparation of Pipe
book (Weld book)
Ø
Maintaining records of calibration of inspection
and test equipment
