Roles and Responsibilities:-
Ø Supervise all type of construction activities, providing
technical inputs for methodologies of construction & Co-ordination with
site activities.
Ø Supervising installation of piping
equipment followed by trial runs.
Ø Ensure effective site management and
discipline to safety and timely execution of project.
Ø Consultation of all heavy lifting plans
heavy structures, column, vessel, compressor, pumps etc.
Ø List down the resources needs for
project.
Ø Monitoring project status during the course of
periodic view meeting.
Ø Implement QA/QC Procedures, total Quality Management Principles
Ø Ensuring safe working environment with zero LTI. Guarantee safe Practice
in compliance with Project regulation and enhancing HSSE by implementation of PTW, toolbox talks.
Ø Co-ordinate with Client/Consultant/Vendor/Subcontractor to
executing effective construction activities
Ø Monitoring & checking all
interfaces with other discipline.
Ø Co-ordination with Project Control/Materials Control/Quality
Control for executing construction activities as per schedule.
Ø Monitoring & Handling sub-contractor's
construction activities
