Description
Assist the Project Engineering Manager in the Project Planning Process. Arrange and participate in the Project Kick off, Progress reviews, Design and other Reviews and Record minutes. Maintain Project tracking list like IDC list, Need list, Vendor drawing tracking lists, Activity lists, Hold register etc. Coordinate and follow-up all Project related activities within Petrofac under the guidance of Project Engineering Manager. Follow up approvals, attend meetings and liaise on all aspects of execution. Liaise with PEM and records & documentation sections to ensure control of document delivery and distribution. Assists PEM in progress reporting. Participate in the preparation of all final documentation during the closure of the project. Participate in the formal review of the Project post completion to identify areas for improvement. Participate in Design reviews, other reviews and meetings under guidance of PEM. Perform related duties as and when directed by Direct Supervisor.
