Petrofac is recruiting a Welding Supervisor
Part of Petrofac Offshore Projects & Operations, Scotvalve Services is a specialist provider of refurbishment services to oilfield control equipment, both onshore and offshore, with more than 28 years’ experience.
The Role:
- adhere to the company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental policies
- ensuring all processes stated on route cards are completed and signed off by the operator
- overall supervision and allocation of welding shop personnel
- expediting NDE & Sub contract services
- compiling daily timesheets for hourly paid employees
- monitoring of work standards informing Management of any non-conformance
The ideal Welding Supervisor would have previous Oil & Gas experience, previous experience using similar equipment and an understanding of in house procedures, able to work on own initiative and have methodical in approach to assigned work. Qualified time served apprenticeship preferred but not essential.
