Sub: - Emergency Leave
Dear Sir,
I am working as a Sr.H.S.E Officer in Utility area since 17th July 2007. I regret to inform the hard demise of my mother this morning and I want to leave immediately to my home. To speed up the Exit formalities, I would like to request you to release me in Demobilization basis.
Kindly accept my request and release me from the service and make arrangements to get my settlement at the earliest.
