Dear Sir,
I am working in this Project as a Rigging Foreman since 28th August 2007. As per agreement my contractual leave was due on 28th August 2008. But due to site requirement, I have not availed my contractual leave.
Therefore you are hereby requested to reimburse my air fare as per my eligibility.
